This week Trainer Jerome says we need to work on our rear view. According to Jerome, men and women check us out five times longer from the back than from the front. Makes sense right? Being stared at is unnerving but if we can’t see it- people are more likely to look longer. If that terrifies you- then this post will help.
The muscles we are working on for the rear view include the gluteus (butt muscles) hamstrings, (back of legs), calves and the latissimus dorsi (back muscles where most if not ALL of us enjoy that lovely back fat).
